Do you support customization/ODM?
Yes. We offer co-design under NDA including frame dimensions, controllers, firmware, finishes, and packaging. DFM/DFX feedback is provided within 48h and pilot builds can be arranged.
What is the lead time for production?
First orders typically take 30 to 35 days (covering tooling and packaging setup). Repeat orders are processed within 25 to 30 days. We provide weekly production and ETD/ETA updates.
What is the warranty period?
Standard warranty ranges from 2 to 5 years (electronics vs. steel parts vary by model). Final terms are confirmed on the PI and QC plan for each specific order.
Can I place a sample order before bulk?
Absolutely. We support trial samples for fit, finish, and function checks prior to committing to mass production.
How do you control quality?
We utilize a full IQC-IPQC-OQC system, including 100% function tests, cycle/load and aging tests. Our desks maintain noise levels <50 dB and include traceable lot codes. Third-party inspections are welcome.
How do you handle after-sales issues?
If an issue is caused by our manufacturing, free replacements are shipped with your next order or by courier for urgent cases. We recommend including 2-5% spare kits per batch for faster local service.
