What is your MOQ? Can I order a sample before mass order?
Yes, sample orders are acceptable. The MOQ is 2 sets based on EXW terms, and a 20'GP container based on FOB terms. Mixing different items to fulfill containers is allowed.
How does the payment process work?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight as secure payment methods. Typically, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipping.
Can you customize products for specific projects?
Definitely. We can manufacture special designs from our clients and customize our existing designs. We can adjust size, upholstery material, and frame materials via our R&D Department.
How do you ensure quality control in your factory?
Quality is our priority. We implement a comprehensive control system at every production step. Dedicated QC personnel conduct on-site checks and provide photographic feedback to customers.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Normally, delivery takes around 20 to 30 days. However, we can adjust this based on your specific shipping schedule and requirements.
Can you arrange international shipping to our country?
Yes, we can recommend professional shipping agents to deliver goods to your country. We are also happy to collaborate with your preferred freight forwarder.
