Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are a factory located in China. You are welcome to visit our facility or our booths at international furniture fairs for detailed information.
How is the quality control managed in your factory?
Quality is our priority. We always conduct a pre-production sample before mass production, and every production process is checked by our QC manager one by one before delivery. Customers are also welcome to inspect products before shipping.
What is your MOQ and can I order samples?
Yes, sample orders are acceptable. The MOQ is 2 sets based on EXW terms, and a 20'GP container based on FOB terms. Mixing different items to fulfill containers is acceptable.
Can you customize products for specific projects?
Yes, we can manufacture special designs received from clients as well as customize our own designs. We can customize the size, upholstery material, and frame to suit your needs.
What support is provided for furniture assembly?
Inside each package, we include a precise instruction book that makes assembling the furniture very easy.
How are the products packed for shipping?
To ensure safety, we use professional and environmentally friendly packaging. Each part is packed in high-quality carton boxes, and we typically include extra spare parts with your order.
