We ship from Tianjin port (Xingang), which is conveniently located about 2 hours from our factory.

We usually accept T/T payment: a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL).

Yes, we include clear assembly instructions in every package. If you encounter any difficulties, our team is available to assist.
How do you handle sample requests?
For samples, we charge a retail price plus transport fees. However, the sample cost difference is fully refunded once a formal order is placed.
