What is the warranty period for your products?
We offer a 3-year warranty. During this period, we are responsible for any damage resulting from manufacturing defects.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
If you have a shipping agent in China, the MOQ is 5 sets (EXW factory price). For international shipping arranged by us, the total volume should exceed 10 CBM.
How long is the production lead time?
In normal seasons, production takes approximately 30 days. During peak seasons, it may extend to around 40 days, depending on order complexity.
Do you offer customized designs?
Yes, both OEM and ODM services are available. You can provide your design drawings for customization.
What are the packing details for safe transportation?
Items are knock-down and packed with PE foam and hard corner protection. Fragile parts like glass are reinforced with wooden frames.
